We
will consider your requirements and will provide a list of
suitable properties for selection and will assist with travel
arrangements, should you wish to travel to South Africa to
inspect potential property investments. We have established
an inspection trip subsidy scheme whereby we will refund a
portion of the purchase price of the investment property on
completion to offset some if not all of the costs associated
with travel and accommodation. In addition to this we will
provide a dedicated agent during your visit who will collect
you from the airport and remain in your service during your
stay, we will show you various property investment opportunities,
take you on a tour of the area you have chosen, provide transport
to and from your accommodation and drop you off at the airport
on your departure.

Once
you have made your property investment decision, we will attend
to drawing up the sales agreement documentation, payment schedules,
appointment of conveyancers and all other issues to ensure
smooth transfer of ownership to you
